Justin’s insight is grounded in firsthand entrepreneurial experience. He successfully launched, grew, and sold his first business after six years in operation, completing the full ownership lifecycle in 2015. In 2019, he acquired, managed, and ultimately sold another company, further deepening his understanding of what business owners face at each stage of growth and transition.
