Justin Sandridge brings over 25 years of experience in solving complex challenges and navigating high-stakes situations with clarity and integrity. As the principal business broker at our firm, his career as a Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) is distinguished by his ability to deliver accurate business valuations, guide owners through tailored exit strategies, and discreetly connect sellers with qualified buyers.

Justin’s insight is grounded in firsthand entrepreneurial experience. He successfully launched, grew, and sold his first business after six years in operation, completing the full ownership lifecycle in 2015. In 2019, he acquired, managed, and ultimately sold another company, further deepening his understanding of what business owners face at each stage of growth and transition. These experiences give him a unique perspective when advising clients who are preparing for their own exits.

Before his business career, Justin served for 20 years as a Baltimore County Police Sergeant, where he developed advanced skills in communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution—tools that now play a critical role in his brokerage practice.
